My days aren't quite Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I find it works better in my training plan to do Monday, Thursday, Saturday.

Anyway, I did my second test last night and improved!

On my first initial test I did 17 regular push ups until I dropped.

Last night I did 23! Not a massive improvement, but I'm pretty pleased. But considering at the start of the year before I lost weight and exercised regularly, I couldn't even do 3 push ups. THREE!!!!!

Hard to believe that we've been doing this for four weeks already!

    58 years old.
Initial Exhaustion test: 6 standard pushups
Week 1: Exceeded the max each day! (by 2, 2, 3) Level 2
Week 2: Struggled. Did twice, missed a few days. Exceeded max by 3, 4, 5 modified, 1 standard. Level 2.
Week 2 end: Exhaustion test: 20.

    This week:
    Week 2, Day 1, Level 3 - 7/30 - Completed as prescribed, but Max of 11! (15 required, under by 4)
    Week 3, Day 2, Level 1 - 8/1 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 15! (12 required, over by 3!)
    Week 3, Day 3, Level 1 - 8/3 - Completed as prescribed, with a Max of 20! (15 required, over by 5!)

Brunagota: You are always upbeat ... that keeps me going! Thanks!
Janey: 17 to 23 is still a good increase. And MUCH better than three! Keep it up. It will continue to go up.

    We can do it!

Ugh! I dropped off for a while but now I'm trying to work back in - so I'm beeeeeehind!!!!!
I just decided to start with the 2nd test and go into week three. I did not improve much, which I kind of expected since I haven't kept up religiously. But I did improve some and will keep going!

Thanks everyone - it helps to sign on and see the group still going!!
