Hello All,
I really need help in making the scale budge. i don't obsess about it, but I am freakin' tired of being stalled. I started this with MFP in January and have only lost 22 pounds. I know, be grateful, right? And I am, but come on!! Enough already! opefully this challenge will help me be remotivated and kick it into high gear. Losing 10 pounds this month would be mind blowing! Any advice from you all would be much appreciated. My diary is open. Good luck to all and happy losing:)

I forgot to post my starting weight last week. My SW was 240.0

Well one week has gone by since we started this August Challenge. I was hoping for a little more, but I managed to drop 1 pound. My weight is now 200.4. But the better news is that I lost 4.5 inches on my measurments.. YEAH Baby!!!!! LOL.
Everyone keep up the good work one day at a time.
