    Switch kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep):28 -- 39 -- 48
    Power jacks: 25 -- 32 -- 35
    Power knees: 60 -- 70 -- 75
    Power jumps: 16 -- 20 -- 21
    Globe jumps (4 jumps = 1 rep): 5 -- 7 -- 8
    Suicide jumps: 5 -- 10 -- 11
    Push up jacks: 0 -- 7 -- 9 (I could only go down on day 1!!)
    Low plank oblique: 22 -- 28 -- 33

    From the areas I measure, all totaled, I've lost 12". Only down 2 or 3 pounds on the scale though.

    Now to do Month 2 day 1... I'm just catching my breath before diving in...

    Each time I think I can't possibly do better than the last time, but I surprise myself. Had to pause the video once because I thought I was gonna vomit-had a stomach virus this weekend and took both days as rest days. Feel really good about my results and looking forward to starting month 2 after work today! No huge weight lose or inches gone except in the mommy pouch, which is exactly the place that bugs me the most.

    Confession: I totally skipped the fit test yesterday. It was already almost 7:30 by the time I got home from the grocery store after work and knew that I'd have an hour workout before I was able to eat dinner. And, the fact that I was scared of the workout. I feel a little guilty...
