Burn 2lbs of FAT in a week Challenge - 7000 Cals

So I started a group, as it sems easier to log and find again rather than posts....

So the challenge is set burn 2lbs of fat in a week thats 7000 cals from 06th August to 12th August, however you like Gym, Running , Swimming, Exersice DVDs WII FIT, as long as your burning it counts!!

Add your progress here for days or for the week if you like and lets see how far we can go!!! Im here for support...motivation...chats....

My Monday Burn is 801 Calories...... :-D

    just go www.tickerfactory.com pick exercise and fitness ticker, pick design and follow instructions, easy, when finish cut and copy here :-) but you need update daily,not automatic...
