Janetay01 - Curves is a Fitness Center for Women only, circuit training. Check online, I'm sure that they have a location near you. For women that do not feel comfortable working out around men or the body builder types at Gold's Gym - it works perfect for me.

One of the things I tend to struggle with is variety of workouts - I find something that works for me and stick with it. So, suggestion for a challenge is that we try to achieve a certain number of calories burned this week but that it has to be across two or more different types of workouts - so for me, it might be split between my good old trusty cross trainer but also an all over workout - Jillian Michaels 30Day Shred, something on the Wii or whatever takes your fancy. that way we challenge ourselves to work all areas - what do you think? 1,500 in the week?0
