W5D3: Take that!

I woke up feeling crappy. I was tired and a little sick to my stomach and just didn't get enough sleep. I had to get this run out of the way in the morning or it wasn't going to happen, so despite my disposition, I set out.

I managed to cover about two miles during the 20 minute run interval for a 10 minute mile pace! I'm super excited. The last two minutes were the hardest, but I kept telling myself that two minutes is nothing.

Week six: I'm coming for you.

    Wow....way to go!!! I've got the 20 min one later this week, and am encouraged to read that you did so well with it! 10min pace too?? You were FLYING.

    Way to go! 1 more run and then I do my W5D3! At first I thought this must be a mistake, a glitch with my app, there is no way. But now I'm getting excited about it!!
