    I haven't been posting in this group like I should because sometimes I get discouraged :-(. It seems like everyone else is losing weight RAPIDLY, but mine is coming off so slow! So I finally measured myself tonight and I will post my before and now stats below.


    Before Now

    Weight 217.8 213.6

    Waist 41.5 38.5

    Bust 44 42

    Hips 44 43

    Thighs 26 27 <
    Walking those hills! LOL

    Arms 15 13


    So, I'm losing inches and the pounds are coming slowly. I've also noticed that my weight is starting to come off since I stopped taking birth control pills. I hope my mini testimony helps someone! I still want to be below 200 by my birthday (November 14). I have plenty of time and I KNOW I can do it! :-)

    Losing inches is just as good as losing lbs! By the way, we share the same birthday! I'm also trying to be at my goal weight by then too!!!

    Lost 3 Pounds!! And I Lost 2 inches in my Hips 1 inch on my waist and 1 inch on my bust ...yayyyy !!!!! 4 inches gone foreverrrrr!!

    This was a very stressed week for me so I am sorry for being late posting this!!
