A tip that helps

I found that writing down 5 things to do a day that you want to accomplish (not that you need to) helps to keep me motivated. After you cross them off, it gives you a sense of accomplishment for that day.

I also aim to do something nice for someone everyday. It could be something small like opening the door for a mother with a stroller or something big like buying a gift card and giving it to the person in line behind you in the grocery store.

    That's a great idea! I find that if I am positive and have a good attitude in other areas of my life...the eating habits & exercise follow right along. If I am grumpy and unproductive...I am easier to give in to unhealthy temptations.
