When I was 5 weeks pregnant I slipped a disk in my lower back, this make ab exercises hard.

I have found a BFF in my chiropractor.
I had a midline c-section (2 of them actually) which is up and down not across the bikini area so I get the tough time doing tummy exercises. Not only is that area weak it is now extra poofy.0
