Resistance Bands

Hey ladies,
I won't have access to free weights but I do have resistance bands. Can I use those for most of my workouts. if not , I may have to do Chalean Extreme instead. Thanks for your help.

    I think you kind of need the free weights. I've only done through video 4 but I don't see how you would modify some of the exercises to use only resistance bands. Can you use cans or water bottles or something in place of traditional free weights?

    You will definitely need the weights. I would recommend 3s, 5s, & 8s. They should get you through all of the phases.

    You could try using water bottles of cans, but it will be very hard to do some of the exercises.

    Yeah, the weights are a good idea. If you don't want to buy all three, You could start with 3 and 5. I only used 3s and 5s my first time around, but I wasn't very strong, and those worked me just fine. Now, my second time around, I'm using 8s too.
