Well. I gained 1.8 lbs. this week. It is discouraging, but Bob's tip #5 reminds me to stay committed and not allow this to throw me off course.
I ate right. I exercised. I hate my medicine. :-(

Peggy, things will get easier has your dosage goes down, you're doing great! Don't get discouraged.
My Friday weigh in (on Saturday) shows me with a loss. I'm getting so close to my next goal (loose 100 lbs)!

Hang in there, Peg and Bob. Weight fluctuates for many reasons, meds certainly being a factor. I find if I eat foods with a lot of sodium, the next day my scale is squeaking. So, go lo-so the day before weigh-in! Keep tracking and exercising, and one week, the weight loss will catch up to you!
