loss of 7.6 ;] woohoo back in the 18O's
it was mostly waterweight nd stuff of that sort lol
my goal for next week is a solid 185 , i can and will reach my mini goal !

A little bummed about the 0.2 lbs gained but I guess it could have something to do with TOM being here (he's gone now thank God!) Also, we cooked on the grill yesterday and I love grilled food especially hot dogs! So....I was really hoping to be out of the 200s by today but I'm not gonna get down about it! I'm just going to work harder this week!0 -

adalton try increasing your water and eat more fruits ! they digest within 20min which is better for your colon !! but its better to maintain den gaIN <33 and congrats ladies !!!!!0
