I'm always good at staying motivated for the 1st week or so, then I usually fizzle out after that. That's the greatest thing about 30 day shred is that you usually see some results very quickly. I've already lost an inch in my waist on the first week, what better motivation is that? :drinker:0

Nice job so far!
I stay motivated by reading fitness articles and blogs. I become OBSESSED with my goals. I do fall off track every so often, but I figure as long as I come back fairly quickly I'll succeed eventually.

I'm the same way. I posted a long thing on my daily check-in about losing motivation, because the workout is getting a little stale. I've switched things up by challenging myself (upping my weights, going further into the moves, etc) and since I just finished day 8, I know I'll be doing a new workout soon!
It also helps me to keep checking the boards- to see the progress others have made and how they're sticking with it- it makes me want to keep going! I know it sounds hokey, but it's true.
Also, the couple inches off my waist doesn't hurt0 -
Checking in is actually my motivation right now... I love having a support system that I can check in with to share my accomplishment and love seeing what everyone else is accomplishing in the process... Keep up the great work!! You all are my motivation!!:flowerforyou:0
