This weeks challenge will be Veggies! Eat them, they are good for you, and a great way to fill up for little calories. Log you number of servings here, the person with the most servings consumed wins! The winner will get to pick and post the next weeks challenge.

For this challenge a serving of vegetables will be 1 cup for raw leafy greens, 1/2 cup for all others. Corn and Potatoes do not count, those are not vegetables people!
****Double points per serving if you try a vegetable you have never had! Get out there and have some Veggie fun!

    I missed this thread earlier in the week, so don't really have a daily breakdown. However, we did go out last night and I ordered steamed veggies with my steak instead of fries. And they were DELICIOUS! I was very pleasantly surprised.

    I even ate squash! I never eat squash!
