Anyone doing the NHS (UK) next step podcasts.

I started the stepping stone one yesterday.... nearly killed me, I really though it would me quite easy as I've done 10K 3 times already, boy was I wrong.


Anybody else doing it & whats your stories on it.

    I'm only on W5 of C25K (the NHS one with Laura!), but I'm already looking ahead to what I will use to keep me going once the programme is over! Would you recommend these? Are they like Bridge to 10k?

    I found an app in the appstore for 10K runner. That's where I'm headed post graduation :)
