It's Friday, It's Friday! (picture me doing a friday jiggy:laugh: )

How has everyone's week been going so far??? Drinking your water? Meeting your weekly goals? You CAN do it!
I believe in all you, but you have to believe in you too!

So at first I had Fridays topic as a fun fitness fact share but after I thought about it and googled it, that seems kind of like a strange topic ha. So I decided to make Friday a free-for-all funny day.

A good belly laugh exercises the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders, leaving muscles more relaxed afterward. It even provides a good workout for the heart.
