Just wondering if anyone is doing a Cathe workout plan. I'm doing her STS (Shock Training System) currently and working around a bicep tendon injury!!:mad: Everytime I try to lift heavier I seem to injure myself. Course I am 55 and certainly don't feel it so perphaps I need to scale back!! She is coming out with new workouts in early Fall that I hope will give me an alternative to continue to tone and lift.
