    20th - Mountain Climbers 30-60 seconds, 3 reps

    21st - Arm Circles 2 minutes

    22nd Quadruped Hip Extensions 1-3 sets of 10-16 reps (no weights necessary) http://exercise.about.com/od/exerciseworkouts/ss/bestbuttexercis.htm

    23rd Bird Dog Ab Exercise 1-3 sets of 10-6 reps http://exercise.about.com/od/abs/ss/abmoves1_3.htm

    24th - Squat thrusts 10-15 http://exercise.about.com/od/cardioworkouts/ss/cardioexercises_2.htm

    25th - 35 minutes of any cardio

    26th - 20 minutes any cardio 100 crunches

    I did the arm circles and the quadruped hip extensions. I forgot how hard arm circles are. Looking forward to tomorrows.

    Done the hip extensions, 3 sets of 16 reps with each leg! These little challenges are making me feel really good :)

    would you consider gardening cardio? I just did 45 min of it . Just wondering, I want to get a walk in today but right now it's too hot for me to do any hard cardio. Hopefully it will cool down enough for me to take the dog out. Hope everyone is having a great Saturday.

    yes, anything that you normally wouldn't have done and gets your heart going a little I consider it. We like to focus on people just moving more :)

    Took a 5 minute walk to a yard sale near my house and I did 30 minutes of various calisthenic/cardio this evening. I usually log this as "calisthenics" but I'm not sure... what would you consider this circuit?

    50jumping jacks
    40 crunches
    30 calf raises
    20 squats
    10 pushups

    I do this 10 times and it takes me 15 minutes... Always just went basic and logged calisthenics...

    Good Morning! Still feeling the burn of those 100 crunches took my son to flag football practice and walked the entire park for 45 minutes yesterday!!! Pushed through this morning challenge for a fabulous 100 jumping jacks. ~Rolonda

    Had a bit of trouble staying within my calories yesterday, because I'm away with family, but did complete the challenges. :)

    I did my 100 jumping jacks and 75 squats (3 x 25 with weights) alternating between the two. I also went and did a jog to get some cardio in. Have a fantastic day all.
