Current weight is 252
Goal is 199
big challenge to make this weight but doable as I lose weight quite well when I really try. A couple of years ago I was losing about 10 pounds a month. We will see what happens, I do promise not to go under my total calories to do this though. any exercise thoughts. I am going to get a treadmill, have a exercise bike at the moment that I can't use because of my knees(bone on bone) but I can use a treadmill.0 -

My biggest challenge will be that I tend to pack on muscle (I do a lot of weight training) so the number on the scale messes with me.0 -
Starting weight 155 pounds, Christmas Day: 133 pounds....... There is no way I will let the Tins of Celebrations or Tubes of Pringles ruin that! :P0

My hypo thyroid may not allow me to lose 20 pounds in this time frame, but I am going to aim for 5 pounds a month, should be do able. I want to be 145 March 15, that is for sure!! My goal is 47 pounds loss in 4 months.I want to be under the 200 pound mark on my scale. I have lost 15 pounds since 8/8/2012. My blood pressure has already dropped drastically. Being healthy is my main goal!0 -
