Does anyone know how we count the 30 ds in our exercise log?

That's pretty much it - how do we count the workout in our exercise log? And will it be different for Level 2 and 3?

You can log it under "Circuit Training" !
  • I logged it as circuit training, but I didn't use the generic calories burned it shows you in the exercise tracker. I am using a HRM and it said I burn more, so I went with that number.

I don't have a HRM but I log it as circuit training, slightly varying by level.
    Level 1 - 20 mins
    Level 2 - 24 mins
    Level 3 - 28 mins

Or similar! I'd rather record slightly less than over estimate, so those seem reasonable - it's what I'll stick with unless anyone has any better non HRM suggestions (I blew all my spare money on gear for cycling to work so don't want to spend another single penny on anything till next payday!)
  • I google'd it and found this basic info:
According to buddyslim.com, a 154-pound individual can burn 503 calories from doing the 30 Day Shred program for one hour. In 30 minutes, this individual will burn roughly 250 calories.

I do not have a HRM but I just estimate 200 cals for each level one workout.
