Rest between stages

Stage 1

Between B6 and A7, I missed a day to workout and it was a Monday. The last workout before that was the Friday before and the next workout was the Wednesday after. So that means I rested for 4 days in between those workouts. I am almost done with Stage 1 and only have the 2 bonus workouts to go. I am contemplating whether to take a week rest still or consider my missed day of work out my "rest week"

What do you guys think?

    That's not enough rest to fully recover. Instead of resting the full week, consider resting for 5-6 days before moving to stage 2.
