Dont panic I can barely do a plank for 1 minute let alone 60.
If you are like me my core is the worse and training it is dreadful. Thats why I want to do a challenge for the month of September, 60 minutes of planks starting September 1. Break them up however you like, if you can do more GO FOR IT! If you are a core baby go for as many as you can to build up your strength.
It sounds like alot but it really isn't. Its almost 1-2 minutes a day depending on your workout schedule.

ETA: Results for high plank: 2 min 3 seconds. Results for low plank: 55 sec :blushing: . My cat kept biting the back of my foot. Not fun.0 -

I'm doing NRL4W, currently on stage 3- which means I do 4.5 mins of low plank for each A workout. Having all of you join me is pain is simply fantastic !!!0 -
I am up for this one! I can do a minute but I can't do the side planks! I need some better core strength again.
