Day 2 in the books, 4/60. Boy can I feel it in my abs already!! Can't wait to measure at the end of this :)
  • 4/60

Four minutes today! My increments shrunk as I went on - :30 second planks, then :20, then :10. I've only ever done planks in yoga and never held them for very long.

Is it best to do these 4 minutes/day every other day or 5 minutes/3x a week instead of every day to give our muscles a day off, or is it okay to do them every day?

  • 4/60 I'm starting at 1 min full plank and 30 second side plank on each side. My goal is 2 min full plank and 1 minute side planks. I also do TRX. My goal is to do a 1 min TRX plank. Currently I'm at 10-15 seconds.

    Happy Planking!
  • All of you guys are true motivation to me!!!! So happy to have you all on this journey and we are going to ROCK the challenge!!! Keep pushing!!!

    September 1st - 2 x 60 seconds (elbows on the floor)

    September 2nd - 2 x 60 seconds (elbows on the floor)

I will try to vary this by adding some side planks as well.

    low plank 2/60

1 minute - didn't look at stopwatch (shakes starting to win) until 57 seconds.
    rested about 30 secs
    1 minute - fight from 30 secs+ but I got 'em done!

If you want to download a ticker and put the link on this site, just use it as you would an image.

    So:
    hereisthelink.com

But then without spaces in between, and change the and to lower case letters...

    Today: 2/60
    Total: 7/60

Today was side planks. 1 minute each side and the minute was divided like this: 15 sec just plank / 30 seconds with twist / 15 sec just plank. No break between the planks other than whatever time it took me to drag my body into position for the other side.
