    Hi. If I join this do I need to update every day?

    You do not have to update every day. I have a hard time on the weekends right now. This is not about getting on the computer and logging every where and everyday it is about you getting to your goal. I have done great sense starting on this goal. I have lost my 2 pounds a week like I was working for. We would love to have you join us and if you can log at least once a week so we can see how you are doing that would be great.

    What will you need to change to reach your goal?... continue to eat right and have only one cheat meal per week. Once I get an assistant and get an actual lunch time, I will be walking every day during lunch. Until then, just keeping my head above water.
