Day 2 for me and I only di 1 minute low plank 3/60.
I know now to do my planks before my workout. I did chest and back first and boy oh boy were my arms tired. Tomorrow is a new day and I will push harder!!

Question for you folks: I've see this posted as a core strengthener but this doesn't seem to bother my abs at all. What causes me problems and forces me to stop is my arms and my lower back. Pretty sure I'm doing them correctly. Just wondering why I'm not feeling it in my abs. What are the rest of you finding?0 -

Yesterday was my rest day so that's what i did. Today i had a bunch of plank variations in my workout but didn't count them so i did 30sec. High 30sec. Low and 30sec. Per side for a total of 2min.
So 4/600 -
Late Post: 9/2/12 2/60 Total = 4/60
1 min high rest for 30 sec 1 min low ( the last 15 sec was HARD)

I plan to catch up towards the EOM as my core (hopefully) gets stronger!0 -

Maybe you have weakness in your back muscles and you need to build up strength in them before you move into your abs. If its causing you serious discomfort dont do them.0 -

Love the idea of resting after 1 minute. Day 1 I did 1:46, day 2 1 minute and arms started shaking bad. Today I will try to catch-up and be at 6/60.0

Okay missed day 2 so this is day three for me

Days 2 and 3 down! Yesterday I did 2 minutes of high planks on the Bosu Trainer at the gym and today I did two minutes of high planks... 1 min hold, 30 sec rest, 1 min hold.
