Okay I missed the first 2 days. So today i have done 4/60 mins
30 secs: low plank
30 secs: high plank
30 secs: high extended plank
1 min side planks left side
1 min side planks right side
30 secs: reverse plank

Okay missed day 2 so this is day three for me
Day 3- 5/60
60 second low plank
30 second rest
60 second side plank

Days 2 and 3 down! Yesterday I did 2 minutes of high planks on the Bosu Trainer at the gym and today I did two minutes of high planks... 1 min hold, 30 sec rest, 1 min hold.

Up to 6/60. One minute of plank jacks, one minute of low plank oblique. Also did 100 pushups:)0

Haven't done todays planks yet, but so far I have done 6.15 minutes My husband pushed me 5 extra seconds on my first one last night, then ten on the second one (He's such a good motivator). Ready to do tonights and push past a minute!!!0

I missed Sunday but got my 2 minutes in yesterday so total of 4/60. Will attempt to do 4 minutes tonight to get me back on track.0

I am at 4/60 - I did 2 minutes per day total. 30 secs of planks with 30 seconds rest in between. I did that for two days and I was so sore on day three that I skipped. I saw a previous poster is doing 3 minutes a day to allow for rest days. That is what I will do the rest of the month. I had no idea how sore I would after doing this exercise for such a short time!0
