Phase 3 AGH

After Phase 1 and Phase 2 I thought I was more fit... this active rest stuff is killer. I HATE jumping rope.. hate burpees.. hate mountain climbers.

I feel like it will REALLY kickstart my weightloss though so I am excited and hope that I can push myself to keep up with this.

WOO! Gotta find my BEAST mode

    2nd day on Phase 3 was even harder! Mountain climbers and ab work - my abdomen is sore in addition to my legs (STILL sore) and my shoulders. Working chest today... scared! LOL. Watched some Greg Plitt "quotivation" videos on Youtube and I love it! Got me PUMPED!

  • I just started Phase 3 two days ago. I absolutely love the 30 second sprints! It makes 30 minutes go by so quick!
