This is a combination of yesterday and today. Yesterday I did 1 min low plank on stability ball and 1 min reverse plank on stability ball
Today I did 2 min low plank 1 min high plank on stability ball 2 min reverse plank on ball and 1:20 of plank push ups.
Total 16:20/60
Still need to work on time. I can do 1 min, rest 30 s, rest 30s. Then 1 min......... Want to build up to 2 full minutes0 -

Wow that was really hard for me! I'm starting late so I'm just 2/6O, don't know if I will catch up. I did it modified and low. Man, I am weak! Hard to keep my stomach off the ground :-) hopefully that's motivation to keep going instead of quitting!0

Days 2 and 3 down! Yesterday I did 2 minutes of high planks on the Bosu Trainer at the gym and today I did two minutes of high planks... 1 min hold, 30 sec rest, 1 min hold.

Tuesday I had an abs class where we did 30 sec high plank, 30 sec side plank, 30 sec high plank, 30 sec other side plank, 30 sec high plank.
