I am getting started and I hear so many people not loosing and even gaining. What keeps me interested is that dispite this they are still loving the calorie changes. Are any of you dropping pants sizes. I want to dive in but I'm afraid of doing this and being the same size in 6 months.

P.S I am not a scale person. I don't even own one. I measure by inches and clothing.

I think it depends on where you are when you start - I was obese on the BMI scale. I started at a 20W & am now a16W

In the past month, the scale did not move and I dropped a pants size (from size 14 to 12). I ate at maintenance and did NROL4W Stage 1 three days a week. That's it! It does depend on where you start, your activity level, and your body type. But I consider this group to be EM2LLYWL (eat more to LOOK LIKE YOU weight less) rather than EM2WL.
