Missed 3 weeks - Where to pick back up?

Hi Everyone. I had just completed the 2nd week of the Lean Phase when I left for vacation for a week, sick for a week and then just too busy to pick back up. Anyway, I have missed 3 weeks of the program and want to start back up tonight, but where do I start? Should I start at the beginning of the Lean Phase or should I completely start the program over?

I would just restart Lean phase myself. I had a 2 week break between burn and push due to a vacation and it wasn't an issue.0

I would also just restart Lean.0

I took a 2-week break after starting the Lean Phase as well and so when I got back I just continued on the Lean phase but I added an extra week on.0
