Ultra challenge = 110% effort

I'm going to try to up my average calorie burn target by 10% compared to the original, "non-ultra" challenge. So I'll be raising my average daily burn target from 700 calories/day to 770 calories/day.

I stress average, since some days will be better than others. So I'm really aiming for an average of 7 X 770 = 5390 calories/week.

Got off to a good start today with 863 calories...
