Anyone know what snacks i can eat that are really easy to make or take no prep at all that are high fat low carbs? Thanks!

I've taken a real shine to sunflower seeds. Great source of healthy fats, maybe 4g net carbs + a gram of fiber. Pretty easy to just lay out 32 grams of shelled seeds, and then catch up on TV or what-have-you while spitting shells(I usually use an empty water bottle that's likely nearby). I've also grabbed chunks of cheese, deli meats (bologna and pepperoni are great for snacking), and on occasion, a flavorful diet beverage mixed with heavy whipping cream for a ridiculously great tasting beverage.0

I've been known to eat a couple spoonfuls of cream cheese when i wake up if I'm not in the mood for breakfast.0

I could eat the whole tub of cream cheese. So good.0
