Congrats on completing Day 1! I'm not too far ahead of you, today is my Day 3. I'm definitely sore today, but it's a constant reminder that I'm making the right choices to workout and eat right. Let's stick to it!0

OK MY GOAL IS TO LOSS 60 POUNDS AND IAM DOWN 11 POUNDS. I HAVE BEEN DOING JULLIAN NOW FOR 10 DAYS. I DID TAKE A BREAK OR TWO B/T THOSE DAYS AND I WALK. BUT SHE WORKING IT. SHE IS NO JOKE!!! KEEP STRONG EVERYONE. HANG IN THERE SARA SAPP WE ARE GOING TO MAKE IT.0

I finished day 1 this morning of level 2 - and it was definitely tough - though not quite as bad as I was scared it might be. Definitely felt like I could collapse on my face after that "V" move from HELL.
I did better with the plank moves than I thought I would. The cardio was tough and definitely requires a lot out of you. I felt like I had to push myself the whole entire video. But it was good....
Plan is to stick with it this weekend as well... HOWEVER, I'm planning on doing the 9.3 mile race course tomorrow with my boyfriend. We're going to run/walk it so we can get an idea on our time now so we know what to expect in a few weeks. So we'll see how I feel after doing THAT.0
