30 DS is my first experience with dear Jillian I was browsing amazon.com and found a couple more I'm thinking about buying - the ripped in 30 and another one that's solely for legs (I'm all hips and thighs and would LOOOOOVE to tone them up!!!).
Which videos have you tried? And which are your favorites?
Another other videos besides those by JM that you particularly enjoy? Or particularly loathe?
On a happy, unrelated note... I skipped my 30DS workout this morning and just did a bike ride. So I knocked out the 30DS at lunch time on my break (good thing I live close to home). So day 4 is nicely tucked away behind me, as is the likelihood that I will skip an AM session again. Working out at lunch sucks!!

I love her DVDs! I have 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, 6 Week 6 Pack, Killer Buns & Thighs, and some of her old pre-BL ones. I like them all. NMTZ is nice because it's broken down in segments, so you could just use it for legwork one day and core the next, etc. KB&T is killer, as is 6W6P. I'd like to get some of the other ones as well. She has a new an one that came out recently - an an one, I think. I've heard good things about ALL of her DVDs! Even the yoga one! Now if I could just stay consistant with one or all the videos until the end...0

I bought the Ripped in 30 a few days ago. Boy what a workout!!! I like it over the 30DS. I have been sore for 2 days now, whereas with the 30DS I was never sore. Another video I sometimes do is the 20 minute Insanity. It is a crazy fast workout and I sweat alot, but I don't feel anything when I am done. I have to say Ripped is my new favorite!!!0

I'm a big fan of the Ripped in 30 too! I haven't done it all the way through... but maybe will commit to it after I finish 30DS. I also like No More Trouble Zones and 6 Week Six-Pack... not as into the Burn Fat Boost Metabolism. I just don't feel like I get a good cardio workout from it.
All in all though, I think 30DS and Ripped in 30 are her best ones. The other ones I mostly just did when it was snowing too hard to get to the gym.0 -
I am doing the Ripped in 30 along with everyone instead of the 30 day shred because I got kind of tired of it. I am loving it!! It is the same 1-2-3 she uses in the 30DS but it is higher in intensity I think. I sweat a lot more and have been really sore.0
