Oops, I was supposed to wait to see who won the eat a rainbow. Sorry.
So, today I am thinking we can do issyfit's crunches. Just do as many as you can.

LOL! They are just basic crunches--do them slowly for maximum benefit and try to get your shoulder blades off the floor (or whatever surface you use). You can mix in some diagonal ones.0 -

Very good issyfit. I have done them actually for a long time, as part of my Physical Therapy exercises. I had an ab lounge we got at a yard sale and enjoyed it for a bit, until we figured out it was causing too much back pain. So out it went and back to the floor! I love that you do so many.0
