Since I started limited my carbs on sunday, my mind has been much clearer. No longer in a sweets and bread "fog"
ANYONE else experience this? or I am kinda weird?

Yep I know exactly what you mean! Ive always had issues with bread making me feel sick and bloated, but I just feel clearer in my head - I think this is because Im not getting bogged down with rubbish - chips, white bread etc.
I feel a lot clearer its great0 -
Yup, less carbs = more fat = clearer mind.
Our body needs fat, our brains are mostly fat.
I'm a fat fan, can you tell?
Also less food anxiety ... For me I just avoid the processed stuff, sugars, grains, legume and eat the rest, simple.
Calories? Meh ...0 -
Oh wow I can attest! Not only is my brain functioning WAY better... when I get hungry or low on fuel, I start to stutter and can't think straight. FINALLY I know how to tell when I am hungry - the right way!0

Yes, definitely! Also much calmer overall...no mood swings. When I start to yawn, I know it's time to refuel...0
