    Looking to lose about 10-13kg, but mainly I wanna look toned and lose all the flab/cellulite that refuses to go away.

    My Christmas goal is to hit 3 milestones = get out of the '90's '80's & '70's

    So my goal from now until December is.............reach 169

    To lose 25 lbs. I think that is fair.

    I want to lose 22 lbs by then. That is 1.5 lbs per week. I want to journal every day and do some form of exercises at least 3 days a week. If I can do those 2 things then the weight loss goal should be reachable!!!!!
