I think I am going to have to do week 2 again...still very winded after 90 seconds!!

Do what you feel is best. Try slowing your pace down a bit. Are you able to recover during the walking intervals?0

Thanks, and yes, I am able to recover...when I first started I was walking some of the run intervals and I'm still running them all now...0

I am pretty sure I'm going to have to repeat week 2 as well. Day 1 was hard, and I did day 2 today, and it was even harder. And that's going 3.1 mph. I'm pondering whether it would be better to repeat week 2 or just take a shot at week 3. I'm leaning toward repeating week 2, so I don't get discouraged and quit, since week 3 is sure to be even tougher on me.0
