    Tioday Sept. 16 I ran; wait for it, wait for it, 13 miles. It wasn't a race but a training run. Just to be clear. My race isn't for another month and a half.

    September 13 - 8.14 miles
    September 15 - 5.52 miles (includes an 8:59 mile, my fastest mile in 30+ years)

    First half marathon- CHECK! Did better than I expected. Finished slow and steady in 2:22:41 (goal was 2:30:00). Saturday was absolutely beautiful, and it was such a good experience!

    20.2 miles for this week, bringing this month's total to 47.2 miles.
