Wow, that's 500 calories a day. Great week for me to get back on track. What is your best suggestion for tracking actual calories burned if I don't have a fancy heart rate monitor?

Count me in. I have reached a point where it is getting harder to stay under calories and lose weight. So anything new to help me stay focused would be great.

hmm...that is a good question. I use a HRM and before that I went by what MFP said. I think by going by MFP or a machine (treadmill, bike, etc.) you may be under calculating.

I used MFP for a long time in calculating and LOVE that I have HRM now. Would never go back if I dont have to. They are awesome! :)
