Wow, that's 500 calories a day. Great week for me to get back on track. What is your best suggestion for tracking actual calories burned if I don't have a fancy heart rate monitor?0
-
I'm in. It wil be hard not to go over fats especially on the weekend for me so it will be a great challenge.0
-
Count me in. I have reached a point where it is getting harder to stay under calories and lose weight. So anything new to help me stay focused would be great.0

hmm...that is a good question. I use a HRM and before that I went by what MFP said. I think by going by MFP or a machine (treadmill, bike, etc.) you may be under calculating.0 -
I used MFP for a long time in calculating and LOVE that I have HRM now. Would never go back if I dont have to. They are awesome!0

Can't wait to get started!!0

I'm in. I already went over everything today for food. However, I did do good for the work out. The last two days have been horrible for eating but besides that I have been good. For having to lose 500 cal a day, today I lost 623 calories. For my workout I ran 2 miles on the treadmill in 30 min then did 42 min on the elliptical, that was it cardio. I then did 150 crunches and 50 Sumo squats.0

I'm totally in!!! Just finished a 5K "Hot mess mud run" Saturday, so this is right up my alley. The mud run was a 5K run/ obsticle course built by the marines.
Planning to continue running (every other day), kickboxing, walking the dog (daily), zumba, and just keep moving!!!0 -
