Only thing I have found is with brown rice/pasta-add a ts of olive oil(this serves 4- adj if needed) and when using whole wheat flour etc. add extra moisture ( water,/eggs/dairy/fruit depending on recipe).

    Some great ideas there. I'm still trying to wrap my head around how a can of black beans will substitute as flour for brownies.

    I've been doing some experimenting with Almond Meal already.
