I borrowed this one from issfit, She suggested it while I was away.
Ok ladies, how about we work our biceps today with 1-2 sets of bicep curls. You can use free weights, barbell, milk cartons, anything you can hold onto that is heavy enough. You can do them sitting or standing, both arms at the same time or one at a time. Just be sure to go slowly and use as heavy of a weight as you can manage to do 8-12 reps.

That's part of my workout 2 days a week anyway, I guess I'll do my today.:laugh:0

Yeah, today was bowflex day, so I did 10 in each set and did 2 sets. I use the 30 pound bow each side.0
