How about some upper cuts? You take the boxing stance with your arms bent, hands up by your face,lower your arm, still bent, then you punch straight up as if hitting someone up under their chin.

    Going to have to skip this one but will do some lateral, front and back legs raises with an elastic band instead.

    Don't know if I'm up for any exercise today had a very bad reaction to some food this morning and feel tired and drained. Will try to get up the energy for later. Meanwhile going to try to do some light housekeeping.
