So its been 1 day 10 hrs and 39 minutes, Not as trauatizing as has been in past, thats good. But....Mornings, coffee and make up time I get a serious itch right along base of skull and in my eyeballs to have just one. That is hard.. and seriously why the eyballs I just want to reach in and pull my brain out right at the stem until urge passes, Thank God it only last for a few minutes and is sporadic, not constant! Deep Breath, think about 5k training ( I really want to do this) and Keep going)

You can do this. Remember you have already made it through this many cravings...don't undo your work and have to start all over again from scratch! Stay strong, it does get better and every day will be a little easier than the previous. Start your 5k training now- you won't believe how much easier you'll be breathing even in just a couple of weeks. It's good motivation!0
