Are there any new recipes to share with the group? How did you make the healthy (normally not seem as tasty) taste GREAT! SHARE LADIES!!! Give others some of your tips!!!

    I have made scallops with whole wheat pasta. I used frozen scallops (6 oz), dice tomatoes (1/2 cup), mini peppers, an assortment of spices and penne pasta (2 oz). It was delicious and very filling. The best part was that this takes less than 20 minutes to prepare.
