Today i did 2mins low plank, 1minute side plank on each side, 1 min high plank.
Decided to add up my total for the month so far and got to 59minutes!! I was soooo excited :laugh:
I went and reported to my partner then did another 1 minute of high plank
I will work on reverse planks this week as it is one that i really truly struggle with and can only do about 10seconds at a time, even then i can't really raise my body much
So i decided even though i have completed the challenge of 60minutes of planks in september, i will work on those reverse planks and see if i can get somewhere with them. No idea why those ones elude me so much :ohwell:0 -
