What is your favorite "CLEAN" breakfast??

Mine is 3 eggwhites plus 1 whole egg. I eat this first thing (6 am) as my first meal and then have a shakeology around 9:00 when I get to work. The protein in the eggs really satisfies my hunger and I don't feel hungry even at 9:00. I have to make myself eat again. Of course, it would be perfectly fine to add some fruit or something else to the eggs if you want. I barely have time to make the eggs so I just stick with those.

I like eggs cooked with egg whites also. I will use coconut oil or olive oil in a very hot pan.0

I use just a spray of olive oil too. So easy and fast!!0

Oatmeal with cinnamon, honey, Ground flexseed. 3 whole eggs cooked anyway with coconut oil. Love having my coffee but really trying to get away from coffee and switch to more green tea.0
-
Ezeikel toast (1 slice is filling) with either the following combo:
* cottage cheese and a sliced peach
OR
* teddy natural peanut butter with flaxseed with a sliced banana
This keeps me full until my mid morning snack with is a fage non-fat yogurt with cherry
(New to the "eat clean" so I think this is partially clean)0 -

Dont eat me: I used to be a total coffee addict! I broke my addiction a few months ago (thanks to a 21-Day Cleanse I did) and now only drink green tea. it's how I start every day. Your breakfast sounds delicious. Wish I could have that many calories now. I will soon enough.0 -

This breakfast with only 2 eggs is around 300-350 calories. Not bad for all clean yummy food. Well worth the calories0 -
