    20 min Pilates = 73 cals
    50 min Aerobics class = 398 cals

    Total cals = 600 cals :)

    WOW you are all SO amazing with your burns!!! I don't manage a lot lately....but I did manage a cleaning/cooking day and am logging 424cals WOOHOOO!!!! I prob did more but this seemed reasonable to me! Great job everyone keep up the GREAT work!
