Well, lookie lookie here! It appears I am the first one here to post this, which is no surprise really since I live in Germany and I'm sure the majority of the group here are located in the USA. (I am from California, by the way.)
In any case, DAY 2 done!
15 squats with just my body weight today as I am actually in a hurry this morning. ha! I will start adding my hand weights probably tomorrow, and quite possibly my 25 lb 6-month old son in the next week or so. He's a pretty darn good weight!

DAY 2 ~ 15 squats complete after my 35min Personal training session. Legs feel like jello!!!! I'm in Ontario, Canada!! Keep up the great work everyone!!0 -

I put a checklist on the wall next to my calendar, which incidentally hangs in the hallway between my bedroom and bathroom, so I'll see it every day!0 -
Day2 I have done 20 since I started with 15.0

Glad I found this thread in time. I completed day one of 10 squats and day two of 15 squats. This should help my knee issues.0
