    I posted my #s on the spreadsheet... but even more exciting than going down anotherfew lbs, is that I did my measurements today (20th of each month) and I went down a total of 7.5 inches AGAIN this past month! so, over all- since July, I've dropped 24.5 inches, and counting! :)

    GW 135 - (by Christmas ;)

    I'm down 19.5 pounds overall - 7.5 for this challenge and hoping to hit 144 by month end!

    Again I weighed in on Monday but didn't have time to post until now. Down another 1.4, totaling 13 lbs so far.
    This is awesome, let's hope I can get through this week and see another small victory.
